The 42sqm guest apartment offers a cozy atmosphere on the ground floor of a two-family house. It is set up for 2 people and offers everything you need for a longer stay. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom, hallway, kitchen and living/bedroom. I provide basic equipment with coffee, tea and spices. There is a free parking space in the courtyard. Free, fast WiFi is available. A seating area with a grill in the garden can be used to relax. The space A little surprise awaits you to greet you... The apartment has the following rooms and equipment: Corridor: 5 square meters with wardrobe. Bathroom: 5 square meter bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin with mirror cabinet and toilet. The bathtub is also suitable for showering. A shower curtain is provided. I also provide basic equipment with shower bath, shampoo and bubble bath. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing bath after a long day. Enough towels are available. Living room/bedroom: From the corridor you reach the 20sqm living room/bedroom. This is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, which is converted into a bed with a comfortable mattress. It offers space for 2 people on 1.60m x 2.00m. Bedding is provided by me. There are also 2 recliner chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your TV evening. A 55-inch TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and radio recorder are part of the basic equipment. There is also a desk for a laptop or office work. Free WiFi with up to 50Mbit/s is available throughout the apartment. Kitchen: It has a size of 12sqm and is fully equipped. A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove with induction hob, hand mixer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available. I will provide a basic set of coffee, tea and cooking spices. A shared washing machine and tumble dryer are available and can be used if required. All windows have an interior blind to darken. Guest access A free parking space is located in the courtyard of the property or in the immediate vicinity in a public parking lot. In the garden there is a sitting area that can be used. In summer it is also possible to grill. A grill can be provided. Other things to note For guests arriving by train, I offer a pick-up service from Radeberg train station! Late check out until 3 p.m. possible on request.
