The space Encore Cottage is located on a quiet cul de sac in the Golden Bar neighborhood, with SKI IN access from Lower Encore located DIRECTLY in front of the property! It also has direct access to hiking/biking/groomed Nordic trail systems, and is a quick jaunt to the Village in the summer. One of the few cottages that sleeps 7, it's super well-equipped for families or groups looking for a Tamarack homebase that offers both comfort and utility. The queen sofa sleeper is a plus for larger groups. Also has air conditioning, which is a rare Tamarack treat in the summer! PRIMARY BEDROOM Enjoy the comforts of your King bed and relax in the spa-like ensuite, complete with a large soaker tub and separate shower. You also have the convenience of full-sized in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is on the main level. GUEST BEDROOM The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Pottery Barn Twin Sofa Sleeper, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Please be aware the closet in this room is locked off, but a free-standing garment rack has been added for your comfort. OUTDOOR LIVING Encore Cottage has an exceptionally private covered back patio with green space both to the south (trail access) and east, and it's the perfect place to start your day with coffee and the sounds of nature; you can also have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the perfect way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. PARKING Guests will NOT have access to the garage, but the driveway can accommodate two cars. Guest parking is also available nearby. For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck, + private hot tub. You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house! We appreciate your understanding. • • GETTING AROUND TAMARACK Tamarack Resort offers free 24/7 on-demand "Dial-A-Ride" service throughout the resort—perfect for getting to the Village, restaurants, or lifts without moving your car. Contact info is in your Digital Guidebook. • • PAPER GOODS We provide enough paper towels (2 full rolls) and toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) to get your stay started. For larger groups or longer stays, add these to your grocery list—we want you stocked and comfortable. • • EV CHARGING Tamarack Resort has two EV charging stations in the main parking lot near the Village—convenient for Tesla and other electric vehicle owners. • • SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help. • • CANCELLATION POLICY We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees.
