We offer a total of 3 apartments for your vacation. All apartments are between 55 and 65 m² and are located in an apartment building where the owners also live. The house is located on a nearly 800 m² property. All apartments are accessible via a separate entrance and completely separated from each other. In each apartment there is at least one bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a fitted kitchen including a stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, oven, sink, coffee machine and a microwave, as well as all the utensils you need to prepare food. Each of the 3 apartments also has a separate bedroom and living room. Each living room has a sofa bed and a TV. In the bedrooms there are double beds. Thus, each apartment can be comfortably used by 4 persons. Each apartment has a smoking area (balcony, garden or courtyard). In addition, the communal garden can be used, where you will find a pond, a gazebo, a grill, seating and a greenhouse, from which you can enjoy organic vegetables and herbs depending on the season. The 2016 newly renovated approx. 50 m2 apartment is located in the basement. However, due to the hillside location of the house, it looks like a ground floor apartment. The entrance is through the extension, which you can use as a bicycle cellar. Through a separate entrance you enter the apartment and stand in a small hallway. Through a door on the right side you enter the living room. In the living room, there is a couch that comfortably accommodates two people. A flat-screen TV is also available. Through the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a bright fitted kitchen with stove, range hood, fridge, oven, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave, you will find a dining table for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped so that you can easily prepare your own meals there. Through the kitchen with dining area you enter the bedroom, which is comfortably equipped with a wardrobe and a large double bed. A functional bathroom with shower and toilet complements the living space. The highlight of the apartment is the approx. 8 m2 conservatory, which can be reached via the living room and the bedroom. The conservatory is completely glazed to the front and flooded with light. Here you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening and watch the sunset. From the conservatory you also have access to a private garden area that is only used by you. In the garden there are cozy loungers and a parasol. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults with pets or children, as the private garden area and the large conservatory allow for play, sports and exercise.
