The Maison Ludo (classified 3 épis) is a recent house, which can accommodate 6 people, equipped with a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, condiments, etc.), a spacious living room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Guests can take advantage of this place that offers good times in perspective, with an exterior with garden furniture and barbecue. You can also discover our pretty Bay of Somme and its beautiful beaches. The space Forget your worries at this spacious, serene space. The Ludo house is recent, built in 2014, composed of a large living space that can accommodate 6 people, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc., living room with 2 sofas, board games, toilet and a garage with washing machine, on the ground floor; then on the first floor 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 cm and 1 bed of 160 cm: sheets extra) and 1 spacious bathroom (with hairdryer). Outside, you can relax in the completely enclosed garden or on the terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. You will have at your disposal all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in Picardy. Arrest is a very pretty little village located 6 km from Saint Valéry sur Somme. It is served by two bakers every day and has a very famous butcher shop in the area. You can meet our beautiful Baie de Somme through hikes to discover its wildlife(seals, birds etc...), as well as other activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, horse riding, swimming at the sea, small train or boat rides etc... It is ideally located 6 km from all shops, restaurants, mini golf, drive and these extensive bike paths as well. Attention minimum rental of 2 days! House composed of 2 adjoining gites (of identical area) on the garage and parking side that does not affect discretion for everyone. Possibility to rent the 2 cottages in order to stay up to 12 people in total. End of stay cleaning extra: €50. Towels and linens not provided! Check in after 5pm and check-out at 10am. Guest access The key box code will be shared with you as soon as the listing is ready. Self check-in and checkout The cleaning deposit check will be returned within 48 hours after checking the house if the cottage is returned clean and tidy!
