The Maison Ludo (classified 3 épis) is a recent house, which can accommodate 6 people, equipped with a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, condiments, etc.), a spacious living room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. You can enjoy this place to stay that offers good times in perspective, with an exterior with garden furniture and BBQ. You can also explore our beautiful Bay of Somme and its magnificent beaches. The Ludo house is recent, built in 2014, consisting of a large living space that can accommodate 6 people, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc., living room with 2 sofas, board games, toilet and a garage with washing machine, on the ground floor; then on the floor 3 bedrooms (2 beds in 140 cm and 1 bed in 160 cm: sheets extra) and 1 spacious bathroom (with hairdryer). Outside, you can relax in the fully enclosed garden or on the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. You will have at your disposal all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay in Picardy. Arrest is a very pretty little village located 6 km from Saint Valéry sur Somme. It is served by two bakers every day and has a very famous butcher shop in the area. You can discover our beautiful Baie de Somme through hikes to discover its fauna (seals, birds, etc.), as well as other activities such as canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing, horseback riding, swimming in the sea, rides in a small train or boat, etc. It is ideally located 6 km from all shops, restaurants, mini golf, drive and these vast bike paths as well. Note: minimum 2-day rental! House composed of 2 adjoining cottages (of identical area) on the garage and parking side that does not interfere with the discretion for everyone. Possibility to rent the 2 cottages to stay up to 12 people in total. End-of-stay cleaning surcharge: €50. Bed linen and sheets not provided! Check-in after 5 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. Guest access The key box code will be communicated to you as soon as the accommodation is ready. Self check-in and check-out. The cleaning deposit check will be returned within 48 hours after checking the house if the gîte is left clean and tidy!
