Positano Dream Home is a new holiday home, recently renovated, a few steps away from the main square of Positano where you can find bars, shops and everything you need. The apartment is tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The panoramic terrace offers an unforgettable view of the sea and the center of Positano. The space Positano Dream Home is a detached house spread over two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one double and one with a double bed or a single bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. All rooms boast breathtaking views of Positano. The upper floor has a living room with Smart TV and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary amenities (induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer) and a terrace panoramic view overlooking the entire bay of Positano; The property also has air conditioning and excellent free WIFI connection which will give guests the opportunity to watch films or surf the Internet very quickly. Guests will have access to a security safe, hairdryer and iron. Guest access Check in is available from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Check out must be done by 10.00 am. However, a late check-in can be arranged upon request after 9:00 PM, with an additional cost: - €30 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight - €50 for arrivals after midnight. This fee is to compensate the colleague who will welcome you outside working hours.
The extra fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests must provide their identity document for registration with the State Police. The tourist tax amounts to €2.50 per night per person for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children up to 9 years old are exempt. Other things to note Upon request it is possible to leave the car at a partner secure car park for the price of €40/€50 per day (depending on the size of the car).
