This charming cottage boasts vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, hardwood floors, and easy access to a lovely bulkhead with a boathouse, firepit, picnic table, and a beach cabana. The living room has wall-to-wall windows that let you admire marvelous views of Mt. Rainier, Fox Island, and Hale Passage's sparkling waters. It's complete with comfortable furniture, partial A/C, and a telescope so you can admire the views from a closer look. This area opens onto a large waterside deck with two beach chairs, an outdoor dining area, a hammock, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill–just the perfect setting for barbecues. There is a short path and a flight of stairs from the deck down to the bulkhead and pristine pebble beach. Back inside, the wood-burning fireplace between the living area and the kitchen will keep you all nice and warm during those cold months. Make sure to stock up on groceries and your favorite snacks before your trip! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances needed to whip up tasty and cost-saving meals for your guests. This retreat offers one comfortable bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
