The flat has a new kitchen, a bright bathroom (bathtub + shower), a cosy living room with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a large terrace with access to the courtyard. Next to it there is a study and a bedroom with a large bed (200cm) decorated with stucco work. The flat can be booked as a living-dining room combination with double sofa bed or as a spacious flat incl. study and bedroom (up to 6 people), see below. The space We welcome you to a former farm property dating from 1905, consisting of a restored, modernised sandstone farmhouse with a spacious, cosy courtyard and adjoining courtyard complex. We live in and restore the courtyard complex ourselves as a young couple in the 4th generation and combine the existing building structure with French flair. Situated in a quiet side street, the historic country house is adjoined by an extensive pasture landscape with fruit trees and native wildlife. The courtyard offers a sheltered retreat for breakfast in the morning sun, for barbecuing in the evening or for playing games together with children (badminton, basketball, pétanque, board games etc. are available). Due to its generous and harmonious design, the entire property and the holiday flat exude a feel-good atmosphere with a special charm. The flat is accessible via its own entrance (wide staircase on the left side of the house) and consists of a beautifully renovated, spacious flat with high ceilings in an old building, partly stucco work, wooden beams and wooden floorboards. On the street side, the flat forms the 1st floor of the house and is therefore not directly visible from the street. The inner courtyard, which is located to the rear, is protected from view, has greenery and can be accessed directly via the terrace of the flat. Due to the partial roofing, the spacious terrace can be used all year round, very much enjoying a glass of wine in the fresh air during a summer rain.
