Welcome to the Launch Pad! Our 2 bedroom home is centrally located within walking distance of many amenities, 11 min drive downtown, 20 min drive to Red Rocks and easy access to 70 to head to the mountains. You will enjoy 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), a large driveway, incredibly fast wifi and a large private yard for games or enjoying the Colorado weather! Home has a full kitchen with coffee/tea and basic spices, washer and dryer (with free detergent), and a 55-inch smart tv. The space The house was completely renovated 4 years ago and offers plenty of space inside and out for your group. One unique part about our home is that we have showcased local Colorado artists throughout. Libby is an illustrator/designer and has hand painted walls in 3 of the rooms. We’ve handpicked some of our favorite local artists and photographers during the design process to make the space special. The dining room table and bench are actually custom made from a salvaged bowling lane used in Elitch Lanes, a local bowling alley that shut its doors after 63 years. The 2000+ sq ft back yard includes a covered patio with lounge seating and a second patio with a large dining table and chairs with an umbrella. The yard offers tons of space for activities. If you’re unfamiliar with Colorado weather we get plenty of sun, blue skies and comfortable temperatures that ensure you will want to spend time outside. This was our family home and we’ve recently moved to a larger home to accommodate our growing family! Guest access Guests will have access to the house, driveway and large private back yard and patio. Garage is used for storage and not included in rental. If booked as a 2 bedroom, lower level will be locked and unoccupied. Other things to note Smoking of any kind including vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home.
