The soothing kitchen, relaxing sofa, built-to-focus desk, calming curtains, glittering lamps and exhilarating bathtub are all hand-picked by the fine artist and hand-manufactured in Poland. Guest access Wake up your senses at The Cool Cat TR's home cooking, Green Caffe Nero's smoothies, Byc Moze Cafe & Bakery's homemade breads (all within a few steps reach), savor Charlotte wines & Plan B's cocktails (both a 7 mins' walk). The Apartment caretaker will wait for you upon check-in at the communicated time adjsuted to your arrival. She speaks English and Polish. You can do self-check-out. You will receive directions where to leave the keys from the Apartment caretaker. The aquapark has ecological, ozone-cleaned water. It is one of the only two aquaparks/swimming pools in Warsaw to be sustainable and health-promoting in that way. It features a semi-Olympic (25mx2,5 mx1,2m to 1,8m deep, so 82ft x 8.2 ft x 3.9ft to 5.9ft deep) swimming pool, another recreational pool, a baby pool, a water slide, 2 jaccuzzi baths, a Finnish sauna, a Roman sauna, basketball, volleyball and handballs courts, ping-pong (table tennis) table. A day in the aquapark is $13 for kids, $18 for adults, all inclusive and paid at the premises. There are significant discounts for multiple entries. The aquapark is 200m (656ft) from the Apartment building door. The aquapark features an undeground, security controlled parking space at $24/24h, with significant discounts for consecutive days, nights and/or a month. There is also underground APCOA parking at Plac Unii City Shopping, 50m (164ft) from the Apartment building door $1.60/h, $19.20/24h, with significant discounts for consecutive days. Other things to note Since this is a luxury Apartment, please kindly note that pets, parties, smoking (including on the balcony and in the common areas of this luxury condominium), excessive alcohol consumption and making noise between 10pm and 6am are not permitted.
