Home comes with all appliances, including: washer, dryer and 3 smart T.V's and equipped with high quality linen, blankets and sheets as well as kitchen essentials. Comfortably sleeps 11 people . 😊 A toddler bed and a pack n’ play are available upon request. The space HEAVEN ON EARTH-the right place to relax your mind and body with this luxurious backyard. Upon entering the property you are greeted by a complimentary wine bottle ,a basket full of snacks and cookies and another one full of chocolates just to enjoy the breathtaking view of the pool and hot tub. Complimentary unlimited coffee, creamer , sugar and tea at your disposal, ice maker and filtered water to make you feel home away from home!!! Guest access ❤️Pool and hot tub are accessible all year round. ❤️Hot tub can be heated at NO additional charge ❤️Pool can be heated in advance with an additional charge of $200 for the first day, and to keep it heated $50 any additional consecutive day. Other things to note ❤️Early check-ins and late check-outs are ALLOWED for an extra charge of $25 per any additional hour , but cannot always be accommodated ( subject to availability).
