The studio, located in a newly restored farmhouse anno 1835, is located in a quiet village in the beautiful Franconian forest. The nearest major city is Kulmbach. We live and work here and with us 2 medium sized dogs. The property has separate access and is completely independent of us. There is a magnificent terrace available. The space Living like in the castle in the 39 sqm studio. It was lovingly, creatively and luxuriously designed by us in 2018-2020. It is equipped with an open small kitchen, dishwasher, a dream bathroom, a super comfortable double bed (180x200), flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner and much more. Unfortunately, dogs cannot live here because our dog is unfriendly to other dogs.
