Our 95 sqm apartment was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located in the center of Bünsdorf, a quiet, small holiday resort on the Wittensee. It is located on a former farm, on the upper floor of a former stable building and is accessible via a spacious external staircase. The modern, bright apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 people and has a balcony. Parking spaces at the house are provided. Other things to note The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a flat-screen TV), a bathroom with a glass shower, a guest toilet incl. a washing machine and dryer as well as a large living room with open kitchen, freestanding cooking island with induction stove and integrated dining area. Entrance, living and kitchen areas as well as bedrooms and guest toilet are laid out with vinyl flooring in a warm wood color. Two leather sofas and a 55-inch flat-screen TV invite you to relax. From the balcony with a south-west orientation you have a magnificent view over the fields. A car parking space by the house is also available. Lake Wittensee is only 200 m away on foot. There is a lake meadow with a swimming area, playground and public toilets. With the canoe that belongs to the apartment, you can explore the Wittensee. Or with the in-house bicycles the surrounding area. It is 18 km to the Baltic Sea to Eckernförde and 15 km to Rendsburg. Denmark can be reached in an hour by car. The Hüttener Berge Nature Park also offers numerous hiking opportunities. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Linens and towels are included.
