GENERAL: Free WiFi, A/C , washer & dryer, linens & towels, hair dryer, keyless entry, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, lotion, hand soap, paper towels pool depth (4' - 5') PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles maximum and no street parking) Guest access This is a family, friendly neighborhood, which is not a gated, but very private. Access is quick and easy for shopping, and many other of your favorite destinations. The furthest might be Disney which is just over an hour. Tampa bay International Airport is 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. Half an hour to 1-1/2 hours to some of the best beaches in the world. Or you can just wind down in the year around pool located right where you are! Other things to note We have three cameras on the property, a Ring doorbell and another covering the front of the property area. We also have one in Living Room that you need to unplug when you get to the house to ensure your privacy. This camera is for security only when guests are not present. Additional Rules: Airbnb has a global ban on all parties and events. See site for more info. No parties or events! No exceptions! - This house is for you to relax and enjoy with friends and family who are part of your group while staying here. We allow only 8 guests in the Airbnb at one time. If you have other plans then this is not the house for you. - Quiet hours must be observed after 9pm, but in general the noise should always be at a reasonable level. NO loud music. - We also do not allow smoking inside or outside the house, or any illegal substance, or you will be asked to leave immediately. - We allow 3 cars in the driveway, no garage or street parking. - No glass, “plastic only” no water balloons or any other objects in pool area except what is listed in our pool guide. Any damage caused by objects not allowed that cause damage, you may be charged. - We sometimes ask you to help with taking the trash can in and out as needed, as this helps maintain our homes cleanliest for you and all quests. - When you arrive, we have a guest book that needs to be reviewed so you are familiar with the house & rules. We advise you to ask any questions you may have before you book. We truly want our guests to have a peaceful, relaxing time while they are at our house.
