Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. - Paradise Cove is a casual, affordable manufactured-home community on Lake Conroe; neighboring homes and yards vary in appearance, which keeps the area relaxed. You may occasionally see friendly neighborhood pets out and about, so use normal caution around unfamiliar animals. - Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Texas has seasonal insects, so just let us know if anything comes up and we'll handle it. - Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.
