Why stay at a private room when you can have the entire place for yourself. You will sleep in a queen size bed, prepare food in a full kitchen, eat in a dining area, work at the designated work area and watch TV in a living room. Whether you travel by yourself or with your significant, this triplex is perfect for you. We can provide a rollaway foldable bed or air bed for a nominal fee (depend on availability) if you prefer to have an extra bed. Only 1 pet allow regardless of type of pet. The space The house has: 1. Living room: Sofa, tv stand with streaming tv 2. Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, walk-in closet, chest and streaming tv 3. Desk with chair for work 4. Dining area: dining table with four chairs 5. Kitchen: sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, over/range, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, utensils, bowls and plates, pots and pans and more. 6. Bathroom: sink, toilet, tub shower 7. Laundry: washer and dryer 8. Rollaway foldable bed or air bed queen size for a nominal fee upon request and base on availability Guest access Entire unit of the triplex. No sharing Other things to note Upon request and base on availability: Rollaway foldable bed: $50/stay Air bed queen size : $25/stay For guests who stay more than 30 days, we include water usage up to $250/month. If water charges exceed this amount, the guest agrees to cover the additional cost. FYI, our monthly water bill is less $150 in the last 5 years for normal usage. For electricity, we include $300/month. Guest agrees to cover the additional cost if exceed that amount. Our monthly electric bill is less than $200 in the last 5 years.
