Large accommodation at the gates of Kassel (<23 people)

The SOVA Pension in Fuldatal, consisting of a total unit for up to 23 people, which can be divided into two units (P1 < 12 people / P4 < 11 people) for smaller groups, is located right outside the gates of Kassel and is therefore easily accessible by car and public transport. The city center is a 15-minute drive or a 25-minute bus and train ride away. * FURTHER INFORMATION BELOW IN ENGLISH * The space GERMAN: The property consists of a house with a total of ° 10 rooms (of which 2 are passage rooms) ° 2 living/dining rooms ° 2 fully equipped kitchens and ° 3 bathrooms spread over two floors. The house impresses with its size of about 275 square meters and is therefore perfectly suited for groups of up to 24 people. The unit can also be used by smaller groups together. Furthermore, we are happy to provide two cribs for younger guests and, if desired, can set up a child-friendly play and dining area. All beds are made and there are small towels in the bathrooms for drying hands and shower mats. The large fully equipped kitchens are located on the second floor. Here you can perfectly strengthen yourself with a good breakfast for the day or end the evening with a cozy meal. A large dining and lounge room for 18 or more people including an adjoining balcony can be used for different events (meetings, celebrations, bachelor parties, etc.). Animal friends are also welcome on request - we look forward to your visit! ENGLISH: The accommodation comes with 11 rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with a sitting area and three bathrooms on two floors. In total you have 275 sqm at your disposal and it is a good fit for large groups for max 24 people in total. Furthermore, we can offer two baby beds for our small guests and would organize a child-friendly play corner and dining space in order to ensure you loved ones have a memorable stay. A fully equipped kitchen can be found on the first floor. Here you can prepare your meals or relax after an exhausting day. There is a large dining area for 18 people which can be used for all kinds of activities (small conferences, (bachelor) parties, etc.). Upon request we offer dog owners to bring their pets as they are warmly welcome too – we look forward to your stay! Guest access An accommodation in Fuldatal-Simmershausen, right outside Kassel and thus easily accessible by car and public transport. The city center can be reached within minutes by car (12-15 min.) or by bus and train (25 min.). In the immediate vicinity is a shop, bakery, pharmacy and a snack bar. A variety of activities (e.g. spa, World Heritage Site Bergpark, climbing forest, museums) invite you to explore. The bus stop is right outside the door. The house is perfect for couples, families or larger groups. ENGLISH: You live in a quiet community in close proximity to Kassel. You can easily reach the different venues by public transportation or by car. We are offering multiple rooms over two floors, hence suitable for larger groups. You can reach the inner city of Kassel sights by car in 12-15 minutes or by public transportation in 25 minutes. In close proximity you will find a small shopping facility, bakery, pharmacy and a snack point. The bus stop is just a few meters away on the main street. This house is a perfect match for couples, families, and large groups.
