The space This cozy apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation! It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to a beautiful terrace🌿, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub🛁. It has air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort. Among its strong points is the condominium pool 🏊‍♂️ (open from June 15th to September 15th) and the condominium parking lot for non-exclusive use🚗: inside the apartment you will find passes and detailed instructions. If there is availability, you can park directly there; alternatively, there are free parking lots nearby. To get to the entrance you can use the elevator (deep 105 cm and a 52 cm wide door) from the street floor, garage area, ideal for unloading suitcases, or stairs. The house is in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from the center of Camogli. The return is uphill🚶‍♀️, but it's worth it for the tranquility and relaxation that awaits you! 🌞 Guest access FREE 🌴 ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE BEACH – ONLY IN MAY! From May 1 to May 30 (Monday to Friday), you can enjoy free access to the private beach 🏖️ for up to 5 people, with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds included☂️. A changing room is also available (non-exclusive use). Access is valid from the day after arrival and also includes the entire day of departure. A perfect opportunity to relax by the sea without a care in the world! 🌞 Other things to note 🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, continuous time! If you decide to visit Camogli by car🚗, it's a good idea to check your access times.
