Tons of private parking away from houses or anyone. Main house is 100 yards away for anything you may need. No more than 6 six guest at anytime. Siesta key beach 5 minutes away. Downtown Sarasota, st. Armands circle are all 5-10 minutes away. Srq airport is 15-20 minutes away Car or Uber you have your own parking Its the best spot for privacy anywhere! No neighbors!
