Room 2: This bedroom offers a queen bed, paired with similar furnishings including two drawer nightstands, a four-drawer chest, and a 32” TV featuring Netflix and HBO. This room is perfect for accommodating two guests comfortably. Kitchen: Prepare your meals with ease in our fully stocked kitchen, which includes everything you need: -Plenty of pots & pans. -Essential serving utensils. -Full set of chef knives. -A stainless steel stove & refrigerator -A stainless steel microwave, coffee maker, and a 4-QT Ninja Air Fryer. -We keep the fridge with hot sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, and various spices. Dinning: Includes 4-seat table in an open layout, promoting easy conversation and a relaxed atmosphere for shared meals. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, it allows for a seamless serving and dining experience. The entire space is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi for your connectivity needs and a Smart 55" Roku TV for entertainment. Enjoy climate control with central AC and heat, utilize the stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, and take advantage of the washer and dryer available in the unit. Guest access Our self-check-in process allows you to enter the apartment without needing to meet the host for key handover. Other things to note We have a Ring doorbell camera outside of our home at the entrance for security and your peace of mind. Please be assured that we do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of $200 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, or if the house has been penetrated by smoke. This includes any damages or odors caused by smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the property and all cigarette buds must be picked up and thrown in the garbage after completely tuned off. 2) No loud noises after 11 PM. 3) No events or parties. 4) All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Additional day guests are welcome with notice and a $10 per person, per day fee. 5)If you're planning to bring your furry friend along, please ensure you add your dog to your reservation. This allows us to prepare accordingly and apply the proper pet fee for your stay. 6)The cleaning fee you pay is for preparing the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently before checking out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee based on how long it takes to clean up after you. While we don’t expect you to scrub the home, please be sure to pick up your trash and return items to their original places. 7) The checkout time is at 11 AM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $100. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate!). 8) It is your responsibility to prevent locking yourself out. A fee of $35 will be charged if we need to send someone to let you back in. 9) Please report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to you and reported to Airbnb.
