Spacious, charming, air-conditioned villa with pool

My accommodation is close to Art and Culture, Avignon City of the Popes, the Pont du Gard, Nimes Roman city.. You will appreciate my accommodation for the brightness, the comfort, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, the quiet surroundings, the ease of access thanks to the main axes a few kilometers (Highway, TGV, airports). My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The space The villa is located in a quiet area for a quiet holiday. It is fully air-conditioned, the 4 bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and even the lingerie. A terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large plancha awaits you. The beds are made for your arrival and all the domestic necessities are included in the rental (dishwasher tablet - washing machine - sponges cleaning products...). We provide a crib free of charge in case of need as well as a high chair. Guest access The entire villa is available to you, only a few cabinets containing our personal effects will be closed. The pool is private and operates in an automatic mode. Other things to note Full villa rental by the week (from Saturday afternoon 4: 00 p.m. to Saturday morning 10: 00 a.m.), for up to 8 people. No possibility of a shorter stay, unique rate depending on the period (see Booking prices).
