We are part of a small art deco block and situated on the first floor. Our apartment is at the back of the block, away from Spit Road. Occupying a single level layout with separate lounge, dining and peaceful sleeping zones, our home has well preserved period features fitting perfectly with mid century modern pieces and a classic design. The heart of my place is the cosy living room with traditional features in textured earthy tones. With art from local artist in residence Bianca Slatter hung from traditional picture rails – this is a calming space to enjoy a glass of wine after a lazy day spent at the beach. Our newly renovated and beautifully appointed kitchen, features stainless steel Meile appliances,.Caesarstone counters and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The two bedrooms offer ample space to hang your things, or relax into the comfortable beds.
