A beautiful remodeled home overlooking a small private lake. Enjoy the view from the deck, and still have easy highway access to downtown and the Domain. The space Home has 5 beds and sleeps up to 8 adults or 10 guests total. For the families, we have a pack and play, a high chair, as well as a few toys and games for the kids. The 2200sqft home has gorgeous stained concrete flooring throughout, updated kitchen & bathrooms, huge deck, and a sunroom facing the lake with lots of windows. The kitchen is stunning with all stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite, and glass tile. The bathrooms have custom glass tile tub & shower surrounds, granite counter tops and custom sink vessels. Of course the home has central air and heat throughout as well as ceiling fans in each room. The living room has plenty of seating, and the dining room accommodates up to 8 adults. The large deck has plenty of seating with a patio table and chairs. It truly is a beautiful view - especially at sunset! Please note that the fireplace is decorative only, and the garage is a small 1 car garage. The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 10 people total. City of Austin has an occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults. Minimum age requirement of 25 years old. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee. The neighborhood pool, playground, tennis, and volleyball courts are only available for guests staying 30 days or longer. We do have pack & play crib available for guest use, but sheets for it are not provided. Guest access The small lake behind the home is privately owned and although it provides a beautiful view for your stay, guests are not allowed to go on the lake unless they join the recreation center. Other things to note Please note that the lake is just for the view, and there is no access allowed or possible from the home. Please note: There is no longer a grill on the property
