The space The house Petit Chateau is located in a popular holiday region on the Jade Bay in the holiday village of Jade-Sehestedt, only about 800 m from the waterline. The vacation home offers all the prerequisites to spend a wonderful holiday on the edge of nature with the family and dog. The beautiful vacation home, newly built in 2020, offers a wonderful ambience to spend a relaxing vacation on the Jade Bay. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable and designed for 4-5 people. A tastefully designed living and dining area with an individually equipped kitchenette convey a feeling of arrival and well-being. Two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a large floor-level shower complete the offer. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200). The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (140 x 200 and 90 x 200). The additional game level with sofa bed can be reached from the 2 bedrooms via a room staircase. Floor-to-ceiling window elements in the living area create a fantastic connection to the spacious garden and terrace area. In Varel, 15 km away, you will find all the shops for your daily needs. Dogs are allowed in this vacation home for a cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking house. No pets, parties or events are allowed in this vacation home. The vacation home area is still under development and there may occasionally be some noise and dust on or in the property. The municipality will carry out the final expansion of the access road in the period from October 2023 to spring (probably the end of February) 2024.
