The space House Petit Chateau is located in a popular holiday region on the Jade River in the holiday village of-Jade-Sehestedt only about 800 meters from the waterline. The cottage offers all the prerequisites for spending a wonderful holiday on the edge of nature with the family and dog. The beautiful cottage, newly built in 2020, offers a wonderful ambiance to experience a relaxing holiday on the Jade Bight. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable and designed for 4-5 people. A tastefully designed living and dining area with an individually equipped kitchenette gives a feeling of arrival and well-being. Two separate bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom with a large floor-to-ceiling shower rounded out the offer. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x 200). The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (140X200 and 90X200). The additional game level with sofa bed can be reached from the 2 bedrooms via a room staircase. Floor-to-ceiling window elements in living area create a fantastic connection to the spacious garden and terrace area. On the terrace, enjoy the hours of sunshine, the unique climate of the Wesermarsch and the stimulating sea breeze. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is a parking space on the property. Our house Petit Chateau is in the new holiday village of Jade-Sehestedt on the Jadebusen in the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. Here is a nature reserve of a special kind, the floating moor, the only outdoor dike of the earth. Discover the still pristine nature on the sea. Enjoy the expanse of the Wesermarsch, the mudflats, the sea, the wind and unwind. On foot or by bike, you can reach the Sehestedt beach section on the Wadden Sea, which is only about 800 metres away. You can be supplied with a daily bread service. In Varel, 15 km away, you will find all the shops serving daily needs. Dogs are allowed in this cottage for a cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking house. Pets, parties or events are not allowed at this cottage. The vacation home area is still under construction and there may be some noise and dust development on or in the property. In the period October 2023 to spring (expected at the end of February) 2024, the municipality will carry out the final expansion on the access road. This may result in noise, dust and limited accessibility of the holiday homes. The reservation confirms that this notice has been noted.
