It accommodates 12 people and features a heated inground pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a large backyard that extends to the woods. Indoors, there's entertainment with a billiard table, foosball, dartboard, board games and many more. The house boasts four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, office with sofa bed serves like a fifth bedroom (includes privacy partition upon request), a game room, and dedicated workspaces, catering to families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful escape. The fully equipped open kitchen has modern appliances including starter condiments. There are two living areas both on the main floor and the basement offering comfy sofas and 65-inch smart TVs, including Disney, Netflix, YouTube, game console etc. Also, the bedroom with two beds is in the basement. Outside, a spacious backyard oasis awaits, complete with a private heated pool (open in May (after Memorial Day) to September 21) and a hot tub open year-round. The patio is perfect for gatherings, and starlit evenings by the fire pit. Nearby year-round activities include skiing, tubbing, hiking trails, water parks, casino, fly fishing, Legoland, go-carts, arcades, eateries, breweries, and concerts at the Bethel Woods Centre of the Arts. Winter activities: - Holiday Mountain skiing is 20 minutes' drive - Kartrite indoor water park is 22 minutes' drive where you can enjoy day pass. Guest access All spaces except for the closets in the game room and the primary bathroom, where we use as storage and cleaning supplies as well as the boiler rooms in the basement.
