For guests use, why not relax by the swimming pool, a wadding pool for the toddlers, a communal BBQ which is perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch. Bay Dreamer sleeps 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 4 x Singles (2 x Bunk Beds). Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults. This furnished modern town house is an excellent choice to spend some quality time with the family! With a sitting room & TV downstairs, open plan living upstairs, private balcony with outdoor setting, secure court-yard, air-conditioning to the main living areas and ceiling fans to queen bedrooms. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven. The Seafront has 2 pools one being a wadding pool for toddlers. Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats. Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex. The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes. Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately. No Wi-Fi at this property. Jets in the spa bath do not work. STRA6516OKAERN4X What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products. Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking. Can have a medium sized boat. A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes. - Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
