The space We have prepared our cozy and comfortable little corner for you and your family to enjoy pleasant days of leisure and fun on the beach. In order for you to make the most of the common leisure areas without stress during this Pandemic period, they will be scheduled by apartment according to rules that will be available. Other things to note CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES: By this instrument, the parties have agreed to a temporary lease that will be governed by Law 8.245/91 and by the clauses and conditions stipulated and accepted below: First - The term of this lease is as shown in the summary table. At the end of the term, the lessee undertakes to deliver the property free and clear regardless of notification or judicial interpellation. Two - The lessee is expressly prohibited from subletting the property in whole or in part, assigning it to third parties in any capacity, giving a different destination to the use or purpose provided for in this agreement, without the prior written consent of the owner or his legal representative. Third - The Lessee undertakes to return the property, its furniture and utensils (according to the attached list) in the same state in which it is receiving it. Fourth - The lessee is aware that in addition to the rent, the cleaning fee, contained in the summary table, must be paid before receiving the property. FIVE - The Lessee shall reserve sufficient time for the entry and exit inspections. SIXTH - The amount of 40% (forty percent) of the daily rental amount per person using the property above the number established in the summary table is stipulated. SEVENTH - Everything due under this contract will be charged in an executive proceeding or in an appropriate action, in the jurisdiction of the property's situation with the waiver of any other, however privileged it may be, with the losing party being responsible for all judicial and extrajudicial expenses and also 20% (twenty percent) of attorney's fees. EIGHT - The Lessee undertakes, on behalf of himself and his dependents, occupants of the unit now leased, to respect the leased property. NINTH - In the event of withdrawal from this lease, the lessors must return the amount paid in advance, in double and plus interest and monetary correction to the future lessee regardless of applicable judicial measures; if the withdrawal occurs on the part of the lessee, the latter will lose the amount already advanced and deposited in the name of the lessor and the real estate service provider.
