Heart is a spacious apartment located on the ground floor of a villa with a large garden and swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. Heart consists of a large living room with two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, two kitchenettes and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people. From the living area you can directly access the garden equipped with tables, chairs and wrought iron sofa, barbecue and outdoor shower. The apartment consists of two apartments, Moon and Star, for a total of 8 beds. Heart consists of a large living room with two double sofa beds, two kitchenettes and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people. From the living area you can directly access the garden equipped with tables, chairs and wrought iron sofa, barbecue and outdoor shower. Heart has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is particularly cozy with curtains and pillows that make the outdoor stay particularly pleasant. You can use the swimming pool shared with guests of the Villa and Villa Il Cipresso. Heart is located on the hill of Sassetta, in the calm and tranquility of the countryside. It is about 800 meters from the center of Sassetta and 12 km from the sea of Castagneto Carducci. Guests have free access to a botanical garden and a private beach located 17 kilometers from the Villa. Other things to note Check-in will be done at Via IV Novembre 6, 57022 Donoratico – Castagneto Carducci. After that, guests will be personally escorted to the booked apartment. Below are the instructions for arriving by car: GPS coordinates: 43°09'50.7"N 10°33'51.4"E Arriving from the North or from the South with the Aurelia Highway, SS n. 1, take the exit for Donoratico, arriving at the roundabout with a large circular flowerbed, take the sign for Donoratico or the first exit, cross the overpass of the Aurelia Highway SS n. 1 and the railway, turn right always following the sign for Donoratico, after about a kilometer you arrive in Donoratico, cross the village until the sign "VIA DEL MERCATO" appears on the left, then turn left entering this street, after about 50 meters you will find "VIA IV NOVEMBRE", turn left into Via IV Novembre and after 30 meters on the left there is a house with arches, ring at no. 6, TUSCAN HOLIDAYS SAS. If you arrive by train, you can be picked up at Donoratico – Castagneto Carducci Station (1 km from our headquarters) and be taken back to the station on the day of Check-out.
