Our 120sqm flat is located on the upper and top floor of our lovingly renovated two-family house. The living rooms are located in the former premises of a leather bag manufacturer from around 1900. Our feel-good paradise is situated on the edge of the picturesque town centre of Herrstein. It is particularly important to us to make your holiday as stress-free as possible, especially for parents, by providing you with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxed family time. The space The narrow hallway offers plenty of space for your wardrobe and shoes. The antique wooden staircase takes you to the rooms of the holiday flat. The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals or linger over a hearty breakfast at the dining table. In the living room, a cosy sofa in front of the TV awaits you for relaxing evenings. The cupboard is filled with board games, colouring materials and books. For the older children there is a Playstation with games and DvDs/Bluerays. The first bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub and a toilet. Bath additives and bath toys will make both parents' and children's hearts beat faster. The master bedroom is located directly next to the children's room. A large bed in the master bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep. A baby cot can be set up right next to the parents' bed, giving our youngest guests the security they need. From the master bedroom you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and many hours of sunshine. The fantastic children's room leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a pull-out bed (max. 160x200cm) and a self-built castle bed (2x 90x200cm) and invites little knights and princesses to play, climb, romp and rest. The children's room therefore offers space for up to 4 children or 2 children and 2 adults. So that you don't get bored, there are various play materials (Lego, wooden railway, puzzle, skittles, vehicles, fishing spears etc.), books and cuddly toys available in the children's room. You are also welcome to use the vehicles in the carport opposite. A further staircase leads to the attic, where there is another small room with a sofa bed and the second spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. A washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron can be found in an adjoining room. Guest access The entrance to our family flat is to the right of the house. Before your arrival you will find the key in the key box and I will send you the code. Other things to note There is a car park directly in front of the house. Further public parking spaces are located a few metres from the house on the main road. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance of the holiday flat, whether bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks, grocery shop or playground/sports ground. There is also a petrol station for electric cars nearby.
