This 800 sq. ft. home is county-approved and safety-verified, providing the ultimate base for families and nature lovers exploring the Olympic Peninsula. The Space Our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is designed for comfort and functionality: Living Area: Relax in the bright living space featuring a Smart TV with Netflix access for the perfect movie night. Full Kitchen: A fully stacked kitchen allows you to easily prepare family meals and snacks. Sleeping: Comfortably hosts families of 4, with additional sleeping arrangements for up to 2 more guests. Kid & Pet Friendly We welcome the whole family—including your four-legged friends! Fully Fenced Yard: A secure space for pets to roam freely and safely. Play Structure: Kids will love the private outdoor play structure right in the backyard. Relax & Explore Unwind: Soak in the private hot tub after a day of hiking. Nature: Watch for visiting deer in the yard or take a short stroll to the Strait of Juan de Fuca for breathtaking sunsets. Adventure: We are steps away from the Olympic Discovery Trail, perfect for cycling and walking. Enjoy the perfect blend of safety, comfort, and PNW beauty. We have the house next door for larger families, please contact us to book them together if you travelling with larger groups. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the garage. Parking is available on the private driveway in front of the house and accommodates two cars. This property offers self check-in. An access code will be provided for you to enter into the home. Other things to note To keep your stay bubbly and trouble-free, please follow these Hot Tub Rules: Shower First: Please rinse off lotions, oils, and sand before hopping in to keep the water clear. Cover Up: Always replace the thermal cover and secure the straps when not in use to maintain heat and ensure safety. After use please add one teaspoon of shock chemical from the storage bin and run it for a few minutes. Safety First: No glass, food, or soaps/bubble bath in the tub. Plastic cups only! Limit Your Soak: We recommend sessions of 15–30 minutes. Please supervise children at all times. Quiet Hours: To stay neighbor-friendly, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 7 AM.
