Lethnot one of our Brochs is nestled at the foot of the wood by the pond, reclaimed stone from the original farm steading and grass roofs blend both houses seamlessly into the country landscape. Inside, modern luxury is contrasted with country Scottish style with large flat screen televisions and tartan throws. Accommodation is provided by two en suite bedrooms, the master bedroom suite features a super king sized bed, flat screen television and large rainwater shower. Whereas the second bedroom suite provides either twin beds or an extra king sized bed and a feature bath. The open plan kitchen living area combines wireless Sonos music, granite worktops and wood burning stoves, while still maximising the beautiful view of the Angus Glens through large French windows. Now with the addition of a Swedish wood burning hot tub complete with lighting & music - perfect to chill in! The space A unique development of 5 contemporary new builds named Balbinny on a stunning farm setting. Lethnot has amazing views of the Cairngorms with ceiling to floor windows in every room. Guest access Guests have full use of the award winning swimming pool - floor to ceiling glass on three sides (shared with another 4 houses) 6 person jacuzzi, gym etc. There are also a variety of massages and treatments available in the dedicated treatment room (pre booking essential). Guests also have access to the tennis court, children’s swings and the miles of farm walks.
