This new apartment with us on the farm surrounded by apple orchards offers all the prerequisites for a successful, relaxed and unforgettable stay in a quiet location, not far from Lake Constance. The new apartment has a special charm and is located completely separately in the annex under a spacious and very well furnished painting studio, the Artesana-Beichnau, which can also be rented on request if necessary. The space The property is located on a large courtyard that we have lovingly renovated in recent years. The apartment itself is located on the first floor in the separate, detached annex and has its own entrance. It has a large living and dining area, a nice bathroom, an extra toilet and a large terrace with plenty of sun. A large glass front provides plenty of light throughout the living area. The old half-timbered house was completely refurbished and renovated and was completed in July 2022. Throughout the apartment there are old natural stone walls in places, which give the whole apartment a special charm. It has two bright bedrooms with large windows and old wooden planks. In one room there is a double bed that can be separated if necessary. In the other bedroom there is a single bed, a loft bed with ladder and a small gallery, with two sleeping places, which is accessible with a samba staircase. A paradise for children.
