Same applies for unapproved PETS. Pet fee is $100 per animal per stay. Must be approved prior to visit – no dangerous breeds/weight limit. No shoes – new expensive floors. Please watch for scratches. Do not rearrange or drag furniture. No parties – quiet family dinners are fine, just let us know, please. Rental agreement must be signed and a government-issued ID with a selfie provided at least 48 hours prior to move-in. Email address must be provided to receive an e-signature request. All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. No street parking – garage/driveway only. The guest count on the reservation should match the number of guests spending time at the house, not just sleeping. Quiet hours 9 PM – 9 AM, especially outdoors. Please be respectful to our neighbors. If police are dispatched to the property, the guest must pay a $500 fine and vacate the property immediately.
