The space The property is located just off Palmer Fishhook road, which is the primary road access to Hatcher Pass recreation area. Private driveway access with plenty of room for families to get together. Downstairs features a entry way and sitting area along with a smaller bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is the primary living space of the home featuring the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom/master bathroom, 3rd bedroom and primary bathroom. There is a private "kids zone" behind the kitchen area which can be closed off to help separate the kids fun from the adults fun and chatter. Zone out to Netflix or log into all your favorite smart TV accounts. Oversized garage to park your vehicle, dry out waders and gear, while preparing for your next adventure. Let us know if you need fishing gear, we have trout and salmon gear available. Take a quick drive over to the Musk Ox Farm, Reindeer Farm, Glacier tours, or ATV/UTV adventures. This home is setup for short term rentals (we do not live here part time). There are a few supply closets that are locked up to assist with quick restocking/additional supplies between guests. Other things to note The home sits on 3 acres of property so there is plenty of room to walk around. The home is in a neighborhood with neighboring houses. There is a primary ATV trail that drives along side the road as well. This is a popular recreation area providing primary access to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, berry picking, Ski areas, mountain biking and more. We provide sound machines in the 2 primary bedrooms. Snow plowing provided during winter months for short or long stays. Starter kit supplies are provided for each reservation. This includes toilet paper with a few additional rolls, paper towels with at least 2 additional rolls, travel size toiletries for each bathroom, a light selection of coffee and teas, spices, spray oil, salt & pepper. Guests are required to purchase additional supplies as needed.
