Guest access The apartment has a big private balcony and a spacious veranda at the entrance of the complex. To reach out of your room, you have to climb some stairs and pass through the common veranda. Also, there is a common space on the rooftop from where you can have a full panoramic sea view. There you will find also a hot tub, which you can use upon appointment with an extra charge (from June to September). The common spaces have always to be used with respect to the other guests and to the property rules. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the first floor which you will reach by some steps. The balcony is facing Agia Anna's coast street. Please note that in high season it is possible that some noise may be heard from outside when the double-glazed windows are open. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, electricity, or water), the host cannot be held responsible and no compensation will be provided. Registration Details 1163659
