It can accommodate up to 6 people and features a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms feature high quality box spring beds. The high-quality sofa in the living area can be converted into a double bed with cold foam toppers in 3 steps. The cozy bedroom with double bed is equipped with TV and extra wide built-in safe (suitable for notebooks). The lovingly designed second bedroom is suitable for both adults and children, has a small seating area with tables in sunny bay window. The wall sides of the beds are provided with wood paneling. In the apartment, parquet parquet from local production was laid in all living rooms and bedrooms. The new kitchen with cooking island has a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, illuminated extractor, microwave, large fridge with large freezer (3 drawers), toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, as well as a separate milk frother for hot and cold milk foam. A blender as well as a blender with a whisk attachment complete the full equipment. The dining table can comfortably accommodate at least 6 people. The spacious south-facing balcony of almost 17 m² is equipped with a polyrattan seating area, a wooden bench that can be converted into a sunbed, 2 sun loungers and 2 parasols. In the entrance area, in addition to a beautifully designed wardrobe, you will find a large mirror and 2 shoe cabinets and, for convenience, a foldable seat that makes it easier to pull your shoe.
