The space Guests enjoy access to a large front and side lawn, perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities. The home is filled with great natural light and is easy to access, with just one step at the main entrance. All primary living spaces—including the kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms—are conveniently located on one level. The office is accessible by a single step down. The living room features a large picture window overlooking the front lawn, a 55-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku, and comfortable new seating, including a leather sleeper sofa that pulls out into a bed and a matching loveseat, making it a great space for both relaxing and accommodating extra guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. High-speed internet (500 Mbps) is available throughout the home, making it ideal for streaming, remote work, or staying connected during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and front and side lawn. Behind the house is a two-unit apartment. So there is no access to the back lawn. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. We need 10am to 4pm to clean the house for the next guest. Late check-out will incur a $50 per hour fee.
