Cades Cove Hide Away - Pet Friendly The space Studio cabin available in Timberwinds Resort. Simple but cozy cabin includes all of the amenities you could want on your vacation or weekend getaway. Makes a great place to stay for any couple looking for some rest and relaxation in the Great Smoky Mountains. Cades Cove Hide Away includes a fully equipped kitchen so that you can cook a simple breakfast or romantic dinner for that special someone. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower & vanity. The living area has a comfy sofa, coffee table, and flat screen TV with YouTubeTV and DVD player. The cabin also includes free wireless internet so that you can keep up with home if you would like to. There is a king-sized bed in this cabin so that you can enjoy a long night's sleep and wake up refreshed and ready to conquer the world. Outside, you will find a covered hot tub and deck with rocking chairs. Great for that morning coffee or just sitting out in nature and reading a good book. There is also a BBQ grill for you to use. Just a block away is the Community swimming pool, where you can relax and go swimming. For your safety & security, there is a camera on the exterior of this cabin pointing down the exterior steps that you must access to get in to this cabin. There are no other cameras and nothing that would impede on your privacy. FOR OUR PET-FRIENDLY VISITORS: PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO RESERVATION. We reserve the right to refuse any pet at any time. We would like for you and your family (including the four-legged members) to have the best vacation ever, and appreciate your willingness to abide by these guidelines. *We only accept dogs; no cats allowed. We only accept 2 pets per reservation. *We charge a $70.00 per pet fee, which is not refundable. *Your dog must be on a flea maintenance program. (Like Frontline, Advantage, etc.) *Your dog must be crated while left in the cabin alone. *Your dog must not get on our furniture. If we find pet hair on our furniture upon your departure, you will be charged $10.00 per each quilt/comforter/sofa that must be cleaned to remove dog hair. *If your dog damages our vacation home in any way, ie, urine on the carpet/floor, chewed furniture/walls/doors, or molding, you will be held responsible for the damage repair costs. *Your dog must be leashed when outside of the cabin. This is for the safety of your dog, as there may be other animals in the area that could harm your beloved pet. IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day Check-In: *3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin Check-Out: *10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines. Fireplaces: *On During: October 1st - April 1st Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. Guest access Entire cabin
