Property app 1,500 sq. meters (2 houses, one lease). MAXIMUM ONLY FOR 10 people (ten people, adults and/or children). HOUSE 1: 5 bedrooms (3 with TV + VTR Cable), 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor bathroom. HOUSE 2: Equipped kitchen + large dining room + living room, 75" TV with sound system, 4 sofas + work desk. PATIO: Gazebo equipped with grill, small refrigerator, large table and pool with LED lighting, parking for 3-4 vehicles. (A SINGLE CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING, NOT SEPARATELY AND IT IS PRIVATE FOR THE GUEST) The space The guest and their family or guests (maximum 10 people PLEASE) may use all the spaces of the two houses, patio, and gazebo. It also includes parking for at least 4 vehicles. PLEASE DO NOT manipulate, connect or disconnect anything to televisions, such as connecting games etc. Other things to note GARDEN AND POOL: Usually during the mornings or afternoons our caretaker (Don Julio) is authorized to enter.
