Designed for families and large groups, the chalet is located at the top of the mountain with quick access to the Bruce Trail and a short drive to the top of the Silver Bullet chairlift, Blue Mountain Village, dining, and year round activities. The space The primary bedroom offers a private retreat with a king bed, mini fridge, and 65 inch smart TV. The home features a flexible sleeping layout suited for large families and mixed groups. Two bedrooms include queen beds. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bed with bunk beds. One bedroom includes bunk beds only. Two full bathrooms and an indoor sauna are located on the main level. The open concept main level includes a spacious living room and kitchen designed for group gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen supports large meal preparation, and the dining table seats up to 12 guests comfortably. Outdoor features include a large 665 sq ft deck with a propane BBQ, a spacious yard for outdoor activities, and a fire pit for evening use. Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway. The chalet sits at the top of Blue Mountain, offering a quiet and private setting with quick access to trails, lifts, and the village. The first is a Noise By-law Acknowledgment, mandated by the Town of The Blue Mountains, to support quiet hours and neighborhood safety. The second is a standard lease agreement that outlines expectations and helps ensure the property is respected during your stay. This property sleeps a maximum of 16 guests. For fire and safety regulations, no more than 16 people are permitted on the property at any time. Daytime visitors are allowed as long as they do not stay overnight and the total number of people on the property does not exceed the maximum occupancy.
