This apartment has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked separately, where it is about the top floor. You yourself have about: 150sqm at your own disposal based on a terrace, a barbecue area and a small playground with buddies. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern furnished holiday apartment on about 98 m², which serves a comfortable holiday for 4 persons (all points of a 3-star apartment are met), extra bed for max. 2 persons additionally possible. The living space in the upper apartment is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), which is surrounded by two bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps. In front of the bed there is always a spacious wardrobe with mirror doors, which offers enough storage space for your luggage. A high chair, travel cot are available for the very young guests free of charge. At the heart of the apartment is the 30 m² living room and bedroom, with a 30 sqm roof terrace to go out and soak up the sun, with integrated kitchenette and 2 very comfortable, lush dining areas. On the pull-out sofa bed (2.35 m x 1.84 m) you can relax after a day trip on the flat screen TV with satellite channels. -TV, DVD player and TV-USB connection for entertainment. When pulled out, the couch offers two people a comfortable sleeping space with a lying area of 174 cm x 235 cm.
