Housed on the main floor is a dining area with a table for 4 and additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar. A comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and a half-bath complete this level. Up a flight of stairs to the second floor are the Master Suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. The Guest room just down the hall offers a queen bed and a second full bath. Moored vessels may not exceed a maximum bridge height of 9 Feet, total length of 31 feet, or draft of 3.5 feet. *Community Kayaks available Please note, as of Aug 1, 2024. you will no longer be able to store a trailer outside the gate on the grass any longer. Trailers fitting under the carport are able to be stored there.
