Welcome to Norman's Nest! Nestled amongst the pines on a quiet, residential dead-end road in the Adirondacks! Our completely remodeled, three-bedroom cottage has plenty of room for two families. Norman's Nest has the feel of your grandparent's cottage with modern-day decor. Relax in the winter in front of the gas fireplace or snuggle up in the summer with a good book in the screened porch. No matter what season you visit, the cottage is sure to provide the perfect ambience. The space Norman's Nest is located on Silver Lake, with lake rights to Piseco Lake, which is a 3-minute walk down the quiet, residential dead-end road. Public boat launch is located 3 miles from the house. The first-floor bedroom boasts a king size bed, while the second floor provides two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with four twin beds. Both floors have a full-size bathroom with a shower. The finished basement has a half bath with a pull-out sofa for those nights the kids want to fall asleep watching a movie! Games are located in the basement. We also have foosball, air hockey, and checkers! Who doesn't love a little competition? Guest laundry is also located in the basement. We provide quality bedding and towels for guest use. Guest access No access to the garage. Please do not try to enter! Other things to note This is a quiet family neighborhood in the Adirondacks. This is NOT a party house. This property is for family gatherings, small family vacations. This property is not for bachelor parties or any type of guys drinking weekends. This cottage is quaint and beautifully decorated. If excessive drinking and using the great outdoors as the bathroom is your thing, then this is not the house for you!
