Guest will share Landry room and fence in yard located in the back building with another unit and back yard area. The space Beautiful update inside/out home . Has everything for you and your family to be comfortable during your stay. Guest access Wi-Fi/ Ethernet . Easy access to all groceries store, restaurants and I-10. we are 30 minutes drive to port Arthur refineries. 30 minutes to Beaumont. 15 minutes to sulfur . 30 min to lake Charles. 10 minutes to orange refinery. Other things to note We kindly asked guests to respect neighbors by keep noise down so everyone can rest . We only provide pot, pants , cookware and utensils. No cooking seasoning or spice . . Outside surveillance cameras on property . Dog under 30 lbs permitted. 1st pet fee will add in booking when guests put in numbers of pet .
