Beautiful traditional stone house situated 20m from a pebble beach in the small town of Milna - Hvar, offers privacy and comfort of a spacious garden and front yard with a grill, and quiet nights with sound of waves going through pebbles outside. Safe isolated paradise of yours The space This is one of the beautuful examples of traditional Dalmatian family house architecture, simple, stone and right next to the sea. It is away from any traffic, so in the evening the only sound you can hear is the sea rolling over pebbles on the beach just outside the front yard. The house itself offers comfort and privacy of three double bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, and living room has a foldable sofa bed too. Completely equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric kettle and coffee maker, two bathrooms with shower are newly refurbished part of interior. There is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate from the toilet, entered from the front yard of the house too. All around the house are old olive trees, palms, oleanders, oranges and other Dalmatian fruit trees and flowers. The house has a large terace (cca 100 m square) with all the different plants and flowers, an open kitchen sink, with stove, grill and space to prepare a meal, and another large kitchen inside the interior of the house. You can enjoy your time in the shadow or on the sun, listening the sound of the sea just steps away from the front door. Guest access Whole House and garden you can use like your own. We are only there if you need us. Milna has a few beautiful beaches and surroundings to walk trough, specially if you are walking to Malo Grablje (2 km away) small abandoned "ghost" village, built by our ancestors.
