We have furnished a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit 2019. The apartment (75 sqm) is on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out day bed. In the large living and dining room, an additional large sofa bed for 2 people can be pulled out. There is a bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm). The space Apartment FIVE was completely renovated in 2019. We laid oak parquet, installed a new kitchen and completely refurbished the bathroom and toilet. The apartment is bright, modern and has a very large terrace with access from the kitchen. There is a dining table for 6 persons, a (sleeping) couch, and a TV in the large, bright living room. In the adjoining bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm) and an extendable single bed (140 cm), as well as a wardrobe. From the hallway you can access a spacious storage room for shoes, luggage, etc. Linens and towels are provided! Guest access On the ground floor in an extension there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You will receive the key from us on request!
