Cottage has a whole house water filter for excellent drinking water. Smart TVs in Master and Living Room. Please use your personal account sign in for any streaming services: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. USB charging stations on all nightstands and workstation. An XBox gaming system is available upon request. Covered parking under house. Max 2 vehicles on property. Guest access Beachwoods Cottage's property connects to the homeowner's land, which totals about 20 acres, right in the heart of Waveland, Mississippi.  There is a private driveway to the cottage. The homeowners have a small, family-run poultry farm on the far side of the property. You might hear roosters cockadoodling, ducks quacking, and geese honking throughout your stay. Try to catch a glimpse of the wild Black-Bellied Whistling Ducks. They're a local favorite! The property borders the Jackson Marsh as well, so there are many wildlife sounds and sights to enjoy! Beachwoods Cottage is an excellent spot for bird watching! The homeowners are also very active in the local Farmer's Market community. They grow and harvest various herbs, fruits, vegetables and nuts from their trees, gardens and containers.  We kindly ask that you refrain from picking any crops, but we do sell seasonal jellies, produce, eggs, and more.
