Enjoy an independent, relaxing holiday at Casa Tanja, in Playa Blanca, the most sunny region of the island of Lanzarote. Casa Tanja (bungalow no.26c) is part of the bungalow complex Casas del Sol with a heated pool, as well as a small baby/children's pool, tennis and boules court. House is in a quiet location above the pool. The complex is only a 5-10 minute walk to sandy beaches and the beautiful beach promenade. Shopping, restaurants, bars, bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, as well as bicycle and car rentals are also within walking distance. NOTE: from 01.05.2023 to 30.06.2023 the pool is closed for renovation, therefore there is a special price during this period. Casa Tanja has two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a shower room and a beautiful terrace from which you have a partial view of the sea. The first bedroom offers two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table. The small bedroom has one bunk bed and shelf closet. The bathroom offers a shower and a hair dryer, towels and beach towels are included. 1 x weekly towel and linen change , 2 x weekly small cleaning of the house. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite TV/Astra, as well as internet TV. Streamingable WiFi is available. The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, kettle and coffee machine. Washing machine is located behind the door on the terrace. Iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a cooler bag (including Cooling batteries) to bring drinks etc. to the beach. A safe available is available. There is a baby crib, highchair and buddy stuff for the little guests. On the sunny south-facing terrace, with beautiful views over the garden towards the sea, you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast, relax on the loungers, sunbathe and spend beautiful barbecue evenings. The beautiful 7 km long beach promenade "Paseo Maritimo" with many restaurants, bars and shops, as well as several beaches is within easy reach.
