It has a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. -> The living room is bathed in light from morning to evening, thanks to its three large windows, and its soft and warm decoration will make you feel at home. -> Its sofa is spacious and comfortable, and it unfolds into a bed as needed. A mattress topper will further improve the already perfect comfort of the sofa. -> A bedroom with excellent quality queen size bedding and a bathroom are adjacent to the main room. The room has spacious storage and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. Bath towels and hair dryer provided. -> Free and secure WIFI -> The cleanliness of the accommodation and its recent renovation are the subject of special attention for us. The hygiene is impeccable. Guest access Before you arrive, contact us to arrange an appointment to collect the keys. When you leave, you can leave the keys in the box provided for this purpose in the hallway of the building. Any early arrival before 4 p.m., or late departure after 11 a.m. will be charged 10 euros per hour, to be paid before entering the accommodation. Thank you for understanding. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUNG PEOPLE FROM MULHOUSE IN OUR APARTMENTS. Any individual under the age of thirty, living nearby and booking the place in a group of friends will not be given the keys upon arrival, and THE STAY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Parties, squats, alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden. We welcome families, and responsible people only. ANY CIGARETTE ODOR WILL BE CHARGED 250 EUROS, IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENT OF THE NEXT NIGHT IF THE APARTMENT IS BOOKED THE NEXT DAY.
