The space The accommodation is completely private, particularly neat decoration, comfort is paramount, its location on 1 hectare of maquis gives it a natural charm. The plus, the three pools for only four cottages. The pool is heated and on site. The place is very quiet and carefully furnished. Great for a vacation with family or friends. This new 70 m2 cottage with its double corner terrace offers all the comforts necessary for your relaxation. (heated swimming pool to share with up to 8 people, air conditioning, internet access, TV, BBQ...) Ideally located about 15 minutes from Bonifacio and 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, or about 35 minutes from Sartène and + or - an hour from the mountains (Bavella, Ospadale). This is a beautiful cottage in southern Corsica. Our capacity is 4 people. You can recharge your electric vehicle at the charging station for €15 per recharge; check on site for availability. A cleaning fee of €150 is mandatory and to be paid on-site on the day of your arrival. A deposit cheque of €500 is required upon arrival or €250 in cash. Please contact us for any information. Guest access Ideal location in a golden triangle (Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and Roccapine). At your doorstep, you will have absolute calm on 1 hectare less than 3 minutes from Chevanu and Bruzzi beaches. The pool in the maquis to cool you down. About 15 minutes' drive away you have Bonifacio and its magnificent cliffs. And in about 25 minutes, you'll reach the city of Porto-Vecchio. Other things to note On 1 hectare of maquis you will find 4 cottages open year-round and 3 swimming pools that can be used from April to October. Provide the cleaning fee of €150 and a deposit cheque of €500 will be requested on the day of your arrival.
