Villa Anna with private pool & Jet pool-Dubrovnik

Villa Anna, part of a small family resort, is unique and modern villa with 'breath-taking' views over the pool & jet pool & valley to the stunning Dubrovnik Riviera. We are just far enough away from the crowds through the border into the quieter Herzegovina region of BOSNIA. (New faster channels completed December 2019). This villa is part of an ongoing building development, no work is undertaken on our development but light work may be carried out on properties in the area. It sleeps 6 guests. The space Accommodation offered at Villa Anna is divided between two floors and comprises of three superbly appointed, luxurious bedrooms, each one designed in a contemporary style. The en suite bathrooms are finished with marble tiles and high quality fittings and "his and hers sinks". On the ground floor you’ll find a sumptuous comfortable lounge with Italian leather sofas. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors allow you to enjoy our stunning panorama from the lounge, stretching over the pool, mountains, valleys all the way to the coast. Beautifully designed in a modern and minimalist style, with satellite TV, DVD player, air-conditioning and internet access throughout, a magical place where you can do nothing but relax ! Open plan to the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast/ cocktail bar. Complete with fridge/freezer (with water & ice dispenser), microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Adjoining is a stylish dining area with dramatic modern chandeliers and table that comfortably seats eight for dinner. The outside space has been landscaped with great attention to detail, precisely planted and with infinity pool & Jet pool designed to melt into the distant waters of the Adriatic Sea. Sun loungers and daybeds are thoughtfully placed to enjoy both sun and shade and there’s a wonderful veranda where you can dine alfresco on barbecued steaks. There is also further WC and shower by the pool. Villa Anna provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family. It sleeps up to 6. Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from the airport. Guest access NB: WE ARE LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN , WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE NOT SUITABLE NON-DRIVERS OR THOSE GUESTS JUST WISHING TO PARTY. The entire villa is for you to enjoy, with large terraces, private infinity pool (8m x 3.5m) & Jet pool (5m x 4m). Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August when it is provided at £15 per day. NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months unless requested. Please also note Villa Anna is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY! The pool is serviced most days. All linen is included. Bedding changed on request. Bathroom and pool towels are provided but not beach towels. On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat. We can also offer a babysitting service, if available. There is a small additional cost charge. We offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service, once in a week. Servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. We would also like ensure you that we have a high standard of cleanliness but in addition due to the Covid virus we will ensure the property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
